Reach Associates are specialized instructional assistants that play a key role on MCL teams; spending the bulk of their time providing instructional support, such as tutoring small groups and supporting students on skills and practice—all with strong MCL guidance and coaching.

    • Two most recent summative evaluation rubrics from NCEES (North Carolina teachers) or the equivalent
